Hello to my wonderful community, and Happy New Year!
As we kick off 2025, I wanted to take a moment to share some personal reflections with you all. This January, we’re celebrating a huge milestone—Prairie Soap Shack's 6th anniversary! It’s incredible to look back at how far we’ve come. Over the past six years, we’ve grown, achieved new heights, and learned countless lessons along the way. Now, as we enter this exciting new year, we feel it’s time to take those lessons and move forward with clarity—our word for 2025.
For those who have been with us from the start, you know our brand is all about natural skincare, a deep connection to nature, simple living, and wildcrafted and homegrown ingredients. We pride ourselves on using eco-friendly packaging, sustainable ingredients, and natural colorants and scents—all while staying true to our prairie roots. Creating products that nourish both our bodies and the planet is a labor of love, and we’re so grateful that you can feel that love in every product.
This year, you’ll notice some exciting changes coming to Prairie Soap Shack. We’re updating our design and packaging to reflect our growth, while also raising our standards for quality and sustainability. You can also expect more content on our blog and in our email newsletters. While we continue to stay active on Instagram and Facebook, we’ve learned the importance of taking breaks from social media to balance our personal lives. For more personal and direct updates, email is the best way to reach us—and we love connecting with you this way.
In addition to our updated offerings, we’ll be scaling back our market appearances to focus on our time and energy. You can still find us at select events in Edmonton, Calgary, and Red Deer, but we’re also thrilled to announce private shopping bookings at the Soap Shack! After a successful trial run in December with our open houses, we’ve received wonderful feedback, and we look forward to offering more opportunities for you to visit, shop, and sample in a relaxed, personal setting. I was very happy when I was introduced to the face and body products from Prairie Soap Shack. Have been using them since 2019 and just love everything about them, Also excited too that I found the products being sold in Underground Treasures in Vermillion, which is not to far of a drive for me!!
