Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $12 flat rate shipping to Canada and USA. 

We also offer free shipping to Canada and USA on orders over $125 CAD. (Subject to change).

Local delivery

This option is available at checkout.  Please email me to arrange.  

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Soap Studio. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Shipping Times

We work to have your order prepared for shipping within 1-7 business days. If you require it very soon, please chose the express post shipping option. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at prairiesoapshack@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We often ship to P.O. Boxes through Canada Post as we are a rural business and rely on our local post office to ship. Sometimes we might use a different carrier but your shipping information will contain the tracking information.
