Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, no returns are accepted. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund you or exchange the product, shipped to you free of cost.
E-mail us with any concerns and we will work on a solution together. We are a small, handmade business and appreciate you feeling open to having a conversation with us on how we can alleviate any issues.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
