  • Flat Rate: $9 shipping anywhere in Canada and USA.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $125 (before tax and discounts).

  • We cover the rest of the shipping cost — you’ll never be overcharged.

Processing Times

  • Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

  • During peak seasons, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out promptly.

Delivery Times

  • Most Canadian orders arrive within 3–9 business days once shipped, depending on your location.

  • Rural or remote addresses may take a few extra days.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Local Pickup 

  • Live nearby? We offer free local pickup in Elnora and Sedgewick communities. Select this option at checkout and we’ll arrange a time with you.

Other Details

  • Currently, we ship within Canada and USA only. 

  • Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays beyond our control, but we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.
